Your best bet is to figure out exactly what manufacturer makes the scanner (it's not ASUS -- there are only two or three manufacturers of the sort of capacitive sensors used in laptops. My bet is that it's a UPEK scanner) and what model it is, then go to the manufacturer's web site and see what tools they provide.
