WebI did try to get almost 2 months of full payments for no service back from GotW3 but in 6 weeks, NO ONE EVER returned an email or a call at GotW3...but billing kept going. I finally cut my losses and bought an UNLOCKED router and a SIM from EZ Com and it's terrific.
