WebEnforcement Powers: The ACNC’s enforcement powers are defined in part 4-2 of the ACNC Act. There are two situations in which they can be used: if the entity is a ‘federally regulated entity’ as defined in section 205-15 of the ACNC Act or if the charity is not complying with the External Conduct Standards.
