So in the mod staging folder for skyrim it says: {USEDATA} {GAME}\mods c:\Users\shika\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrim\mods. NV says the same exact thing except \falloutnv\. So I click on the long c:\Users.. whatever and it opens up the mod files.
